At AEO Pakistan, we implemented a fully customized ERP solution that transformed the way the organization manages its operations. The system integrates core functions such as HR, Payroll, and Accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial and administrative processes. To make payments easier and more accessible, we introduced digital payment channels including JazzCash, Kuick Pay, and AbiPay, allowing students and parents to complete transactions quickly and securely. The solution also covers student registration, attendance tracking, refunds, and fee management, including options for credit card payments, bank receipts, and multi-student receipts. In addition, the ERP provides advanced accounting features such as journal vouchers and payment entries, supported by detailed reporting tools for daily collections, receipts, payments, and test participants. Through this implementation, AEO Pakistan now benefits from a centralized digital platform that reduces manual work, improves transparency, and delivers real-time insights for smarter decision-making.
