We implemented a complete ERP solution at Rawal Poultry Feed Factory to digitalize and streamline their core operations. The system manages Accounts, Payroll, HR, Sales, Purchases, Manufacturing, and Payment Receipts, providing an integrated platform for both financial and production processes. With automated reporting and real-time insights, the ERP has enhanced operational efficiency, reduced manual errors, and improved decision-making across the factory. The Manufacturing module, tailored for poultry feed production, ensures better control over raw material usage, cost management, and overall productivity.
